We had a great Thanksgiving week with my parents in town.  Elise and Charlotte loved spending time with Papa and Emma!  We also celebrated Christmas while we were together… and ate lots of good food!

October went by quickly, with the main event being Elise’s birthday. Charlotte can stand up by herself now and must have really strong legs with all the up and down she does.  We had a good trip to Georgia this month, a last trip to the zoo for the season, a trip to the pumpkin patch/hayride with Daddy, and the pumpkin party at GBC.

Happy Birthday, Charlotte!  What a fast year it has been!  My brown-eyed girl is full of spunk, smiles easily, seeks adventure, likes to explore, loves her thumb, snuggles well, and screams loudly when she doesn’t get what she wants.  She thinks the world of her big sister and prefers anything that belongs to Elise over any of her own toys.  We had a fun little celebration at home.  The cupcakes were okay, but the mac and cheese and the balloons were her favorites!
